Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Please note that we do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are only provided in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- A photo or video showing the damage is required.
- We will process the return or exchange only after the product passes our quality check.
- For approved exchange requests you can opt for either a replacement of the same product or store credit.

- Once approved, we will send you a replacement item or you can opt for store credit.
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs (both return shipping and reshipping) are our responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items not reported as damaged within 3 days.
- Items returned without approval.
- Items that are not damaged or defective.
