Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Please note that we do not accept returns.
  • Exchanges are only provided in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • A photo or video showing the damage is required.
  • We will process the return or exchange only after the product passes our quality check.
  • For approved exchange requests you can opt for either a replacement of the same product or store credit.

Process

  2. Our team will review your request. 
  3. Once approved, we will send you a replacement item or you can opt for store credit.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs (both return shipping and reshipping) are our responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not reported as damaged within 3 days.
  • Items returned without approval.
  • Items that are not damaged or defective.
